Located on the sixth floor, Penthouse 6PH3 is a cherished retreat for our family, recently decorated to enhance its elegance and comfort. Unlike most units, ours boasts panoramic 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay, visible through breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and a private oversized balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Booking & Policies
• Max Occupancy: 6 Guests (strictly enforced).
• No Pets, No Smoking (inside or on the balcony)—violations result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Full Refund for Cancellations 15+ Days Before Check-In (unless booking site states otherwise). Trip insurance is recommended.
• Rental Agreement Required: Guests must accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement immediately after booking.
• Waiver Required: The Diamond Beach Owners Association requires all guests to sign a liability waiver at check-in.
• No Lifeguards on Duty: Guests swim at their own risk and must supervise children at all times.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
